Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Couldn t have been a simpler experience, would highly recommend!

Engineer arrived on time, worked out the problem and gave me a quote for installing new satellite dish. Dish was installed immediately with no fuss and my Sky is now working perfectly again. Engineer was friendly and helpful throughout. I'd happily use HDS again.

Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. David was an absolute pleasure to have working within our home.
